1. INVOICING.   Invoicing is per school term, payable within 7 days.  Payments are to be made in one instalment.  No invoice/bill splitting.

2. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO.  The NBBA® reserves the right to photograph or video all sessions for coaching, public relations and other Academy purposes.

3. RISK WAIVER.  Participation in Northern Beaches Basketball Academy - NBBA® programs requires participants to accept the following risk waiver:

I agree for me or my child to attend and to participate in NBBA® basketball programs and activities.  In the case of an emergency, I authorise the NBBA® representative, where it is impracticable to communicate with me, to arrange for my child to receive such medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary.  I also undertake to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred for medical attention, ambulance transport and medication while I or my child is attending the program.  I understand that although NBBA® attempts to minimise any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, accidents do happen and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury.  I acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of personal injury in the physical activities that will be undertaken as part of the program and I ACCEPT THAT RISK AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, the Northern Beaches Basketball Academy - NBBA®, it's representatives including owners, employees, volunteers, other participants, and, if applicable, owners and lessor’s of premises used for the activity, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my, or my child's presence or participation, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
